About the opportunity:

In Financial Services (FSO), we are building a better world of business by supporting the needs and challenges of our clients in the financial sector (Capital Markets, Banks, Insurance, and Asset Management) through a single area/service line that unites our different specialties (Audit, Consulting, Technology, etc.) to serve this sector comprehensively and customarily. #FSOEY

You will assume the following responsibilities:

• Test and validate data quality, conceptual robustness, technical implementation, transparency, and biases of Generative AI models.
• Continuously evaluate the behavior of AI agents, ensuring predictability, consistency, and alignment with rules and context.
• Develop and maintain a continuous monitoring framework for AI models and agents in production environments.
• Support curation, recalibration, revalidation, and evolution processes of GenAI agents.

Requirements and skills we are looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Solid experience with Generative AI Models (LLMs, Multimodal, and Agents).
• Practical knowledge in: GenAI model evaluation (quality, bias, robustness, and security)
• Analysis of AI agent behavior
• Curation and revalidation of models Continuous monitoring of models in production
• Experience with metrics and techniques such as: Golden Dataset Output evaluation Drift detection Prompt and response analysis
• Programming in Python and familiarity with data and ML pipelines.
• Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps practices and observability.
• Experience with technical documentation and structured communication.
