Tasks and Responsibilities
Show originalWe are seeking a Senior FullStack Developer to work on the development and evolution of scalable, secure, and highly available digital solutions.
The professional will focus on frontend development while also participating in technical decisions, solution design, system integrations, and platform architecture evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop backend applications using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot/Quarkus, as this is the primary area of focus.
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using React, contributing to interface evolution when necessary.
- Design and evolve distributed architectures based on microservices.
- Develop REST APIs, system integrations, and communication contracts between applications.
- Build serverless solutions, such as AWS Lambda, when applicable.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases, including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
- Implement solutions focused on performance, scalability, resilience, and high availability.
- Apply resilience patterns such as Circuit Breaker, Retry, and Timeout.
- Implement and evolve observability practices using logs, metrics, and monitoring.
- Participate in architectural decisions, definition of technical standards, and development best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical support to the team, and share knowledge.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of applications.
- Ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainability of solutions.
Technical Requirements
Backend (Primary):
- Solid experience with Java and/or Kotlin.
- Advanced experience with Spring Boot.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of reactive programming (Spring WebFlux/Reactor is a plus).
- Experience developing REST APIs.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT, or similar).
- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
- Knowledge of resilience patterns for distributed systems.
- Experience with automated testing.
- Knowledge of observability (logs, metrics, and monitoring).
Frontend (Support)
- Experience with React.
- Ability to develop new features and maintain frontend applications.
- Familiarity with modern frontend architecture is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Spring WebFlux and Project Reactor.
- Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, SQS, etc.).
- Experience with CI/CD.
- Experience with Serverless (AWS Lambda).
- Experience working in Agile teams.
