About the role

We are looking for a professional for the Senior Data Strategist position. If you excel in data management, come join the team!

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and architecture of complex analytical projects using SQL, BigQuery, Python, Generative AI, and BI tools.
• Design and direct the development of advanced predictive and prescriptive models for strategic decision-making.
• Strategically integrate and apply Generative AI solutions (Gemini) to optimize analytical workflows and create new data intelligence capabilities.
• Lead the creation of data visualizations, dashboards, and in-depth analyses for clear business interpretation.
• Act as a senior technical consultant to clients and stakeholders, solving complex problems and ensuring alignment of expectations.
• Lead data governance, continuous monitoring, and data quality, eliminating errors and anomalies to avoid rework.
• Evaluate and redesign methodologies and processes, promoting continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Mentor and develop team members, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Strong track record in data analysis, analytical architecture, and business intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and data manipulation/analysis with Python.
• Experience creating and managing dashboards in leading BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
• Hands-on experience applying or integrating Generative AI (e.g., Gemini/LLMs) and predictive analytical models.
• Advanced analytical capability, critical business perspective, and clear, easy-to-understand communication to translate technical concepts into accessible information for clients.
• Completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Easy access to the Cabral neighborhood area

Work model and location

On-site work model in Curitiba/PR, Cabral neighborhood. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break. Employment type: CLT.
