Mid-Level Infrastructure Analyst

Main responsibilities:

• Provide intermediate and advanced technical support (N2/N3) and resolve incidents in IT infrastructure, hardware, networks, and workstations;
• Administer, monitor, and maintain solutions in cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring availability and scalability;
• Manage information security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, antivirus/EDR, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and update data backup and recovery policies;
• Administer and support productivity and identity platforms (Google Workspace and Microsoft 365), including license management;
• Maintain and monitor physical and virtual servers, data center equipment, and IP telephony systems;
• Ensure the stability and performance of corporate network connectivity (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches);
• Keep technical documentation up to date and propose continuous improvements in incident management.

Requirements for this Position

• Solid experience in the role (Mid-Level) in IT infrastructure administration, networks, and information security;
• Experience and intermediate knowledge in cloud service management (preferably GCP);
• Knowledge of corporate network maintenance (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and firewalls);
• Experience with backup/DR routines and cloud productivity platforms (Google Workspace/M365);
• Diagnostic skills for complex problems, proactivity, good interpersonal communication, and efficient time management;
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field;

Differentiators:

• Experience in projects migrating on-premises environments to the cloud;
• Knowledge of automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python);
• Experience with device management (MDM/Intune).

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break.
