Junior Infrastructure Analyst

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of servers and services in Windows and Linux environments;
• Assist in supporting the internal network infrastructure, connectivity, VPNs, and IT equipment;
• Monitor and ensure the execution of backup, contingency, and data restoration routines.
• Assist in monitoring the performance, availability, and stability of local and cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform);
• Open, track, and resolve infrastructure technical tickets and provide support to internal teams.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana, or similar).
• Support the team in implementing small automations and scripts to optimize operational routines.

Requirements for this position:

• Ongoing or completed higher education in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields;
• Basic/intermediate knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems;
• Knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP protocols, DNS, DHCP, routing, and basic security);
• Familiarity with cloud environment and virtualization concepts;
• Proactivity;
• Willingness to learn new technologies;
• Clear communication;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Sense of prioritization.

We consider a plus:

• Practical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools;
• Knowledge of automation scripts (Shell Script, Bash, or PowerShell).
