Education


Undergraduate degree in progress in the field of Information Technology, or completion of any undergraduate degree accompanied by a postgraduate course certificate (specialization, master's, or doctoral) in Project Management, with a minimum of 360 hours.


Required Experience for the Position:


• Minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in the field of Information Technology in the areas covered by this position, to be proven by a document issued by a public or private legal entity.


Required Technical Knowledge:


• Software Management: experience working on projects with principles and practices of agile software development (Agile Manifesto, Scrum, and Kanban). Knowledge in agile product conception, design thinking approach, and design sprint process;


• Software Requirements: experience in elicitation, documentation, validation, negotiation, and requirements management. Development of requirements artifacts (Scrum), creation of diagrams (UML), and knowledge of business process modeling (BPM/ BPMN).


• Project Management: Use techniques to collaborate with the PO in the effective management of the Product Backlog; Help the PO clearly communicate the vision, goals, and items of the Product Backlog to the development team; Guide the team to create clear and concise backlog items; Help the Team understand long-term product planning in an empirical environment; Understand and practice agility; Act as a facilitator in Scrum events as required or necessary. Act with leadership so that the development team can create high-value products; Support the Scrum Team in removing impediments to development progress; Assist the development team in environments where the Scrum process is not yet fully adopted and understood.

Activities and Responsibilities


• Assist in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, ensuring active team participation;


• Update and maintain project management tools with accurate information;


• Support the team in resolving impediments to maintain continuous workflow;


• Monitor team task progress, identifying potential delays and taking measures to mitigate them;


• Collaborate with systems analysts to review and maintain the project backlog, ensuring that stories are clear and ready for implementation;


• Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are managed;


• Coordinate the team's daily activities, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles;


• Identify and communicate relevant risks and problems to stakeholders and the team;


• Collaborate in the development of realistic project plans and schedules, ensuring delivery within deadlines;


• Manage and optimize the use of team resources, ensuring cost efficiency and productivity;


• Define team productivity goals and implement strategies to achieve these objectives;


• Analyze the specificities and difficulties of each client, adjusting project planning and communication to ensure client satisfaction;


• Collaborate with the systems analyst team to ensure that the project backlog is aligned with the team's capabilities and size;


• Guide the team in complex and strategic decisions, considering alignment with organizational objectives;


• Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies;


• Facilitate collaboration between interdisciplinary teams and communicate project progress to key stakeholders;


• Lead productivity improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization;


• Act as the main point of contact for more complex clients, ensuring effective problem resolution and building trust relationships;


• Ensure that the project backlog is always healthy and well-managed, collaborating directly with the systems analyst to ensure a continuous flow of well-defined requirements.


Employment Contract Information


Remuneration: To be agreed


Working Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.

Work Model: Hybrid, with in-person attendance once a week in the São Paulo Center.
