Education

Degree in progress or completed in Information Technology (Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields)

Mandatory Experience

Minimum 2 (two) years of experience as a fullstack developer using .Net C# and Blazor, proven by a document issued by a public or private legal entity.

Mandatory Technical Knowledge for the Role

• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks (.Net Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap);

• Experience in creating and maintaining REST APIs, events, jobs, and messaging;

• Experience in creating and maintaining reports/charts/dashboards with export capabilities (PDF, CSV, XLSX, etc.);

• Experience with ETL (Airflow/others);

• Knowledge of ReportViewer;

• Relational Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL);

• Experience in creating and maintaining Docker images;

• Knowledge of code versioning with GIT;

• Knowledge of CI/CD, Azure Pipelines;

• Experience with agile methodologies, preferably SCRUM;

• Knowledge of the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, testing, release, support, documentation, etc.).

Desirable/Differentiating Knowledge

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular), applying componentization and SPA architecture concepts;

• Familiarity with Telerik UI for Asp.Net AJAX and Telerik Reporting and Dashboards components;

• Knowledge of testing tools and execution of unit tests; • Technical English for reading and interpreting documentation;

• Experience with black-box and white-box testing;

• NoSQL Databases (Redis, ElasticSearch, MongoDB);

• Knowledge of messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka);

• Experience with microservices;

• Experience in large-scale projects or with public sector clients;

• Experience in regulated environments or with software factory contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop modern web applications using .Net C# and Blazor, EntityFramework Core, Dapper, following agile development principles;

• Implement new features and modules in existing systems;

• Develop and maintain high-performance and secure RESTful APIs;

• Implement and evolve the presentation layer with Blazor, ensuring performance, usability, and best practices in componentization;

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality;

• Participate in code reviews and collaborate on development and architecture best practices;

• Work with code versioning and continuous integration;

• Collaborate with the team on technical decisions and solution evolution;

• Write clean, scalable, and documented code;

• Work in a team, collaborating with other developers, designers, QA teams, and DevOps to ensure solution integration and delivery;

• Participate in sprint reviews and validations, ensuring the quality of deliverables;

• Maintain and evolve legacy systems, ensuring their stability and performance;

• Improve application performance and usability;

• Perform bug fixes and improvements in already implemented systems;

• Document code, APIs, and development processes to facilitate maintenance and understanding by other team members;

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and meet business requirements;

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, dailies, reviews, and retrospectives);

• Identify and report risks, dependencies, and impacts.

Contract Information

Remuneration: To be agreed

Working Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
