Tasks and Responsibilities
Show originalEducation: Currently enrolled in a higher education degree in Information Technology, or completion of any higher education course accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.
Professional Experience and Technical Knowledge
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a requirements analyst or in similar roles in software development projects;
Proven experience in agile environments and interaction with cross-functional teams;
Ability in process and requirements modeling, using techniques such as UML or BPMN;
Experience with documentation and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq Mockup).
Required Technical Knowledge for the Role
Experience with project management tools, especially Azure DevOps;
Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum;
Ability in process and requirements modeling, using techniques such as UML or BPMN;
Familiarity with documentation and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq Mockup).
Desirable/Differentiating Knowledge
Knowledge in software testing and requirements validation techniques;
Knowledge in Function Point Analysis for measuring system requirements and functionalities.

Responsibilities and Duties
Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders;
Facilitate requirements elicitation meetings, such as interviews, workshops, and brainstorming;
Collaborate with the development team to ensure understanding of requirements and their proper implementation;
Create and maintain requirements documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases;
Actively participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives);
Perform acceptance testing and validation of implemented requirements;
Identify and manage risks related to requirements and project delivery;
Work in close collaboration with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
Contract Information
Remuneration: To be agreed upon, according to the career plan.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
