Education: Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Information Technology (Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields); or Bachelor's degree in any area followed by a postgraduate degree in IT (specialization, master's, or doctorate) with a minimum workload of 360 hours.

Professional Experience and Technical Knowledge

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Requirements Analyst, Business Analyst, or equivalent role in software development or maintenance projects.

Proven experience in agile environments and working with multidisciplinary teams.

Experience in gathering and specifying medium to high-complexity requirements, with direct interaction with stakeholders and clients.

Mandatory Technical Knowledge for the Role

Gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements;

Application of requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, document analysis, brainstorming);

Process and requirements modeling using UML (use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams) and BPMN, among others;

Writing and maintaining user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and use cases;

Knowledge and practice in agile methodologies, with a focus on Scrum;

Experience with demand and backlog management tools, preferably Azure DevOps;

Use of documentation, collaboration, and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, or similar;

Ability to ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle;

Compliance with standards, processes, templates, and guidelines established by the organization or client;

Design and modeling of databases using normalization rules and model abstraction;

Mastery in Software Engineering and system development methodology/process.


Desirable/Differentiating Knowledge

Knowledge in software testing and requirements validation techniques. Knowledge or experience in Function Point Analysis (IFPUG / SISP). Experience in large-scale projects or with clients in the public sector. Experience in regulated environments or with software factory contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, detail, and validate requirements with business areas and stakeholders;

Facilitate and/or lead requirements elicitation, refinement, and validation meetings;

Create, review, and maintain requirements artifacts and functional documentation;

Document requirements clearly and objectively, ensuring traceability and information quality;

Support prioritization and refinement of the product backlog together with the Product Owner;

Collaborate with development and testing teams, ensuring correct understanding of requirements;

Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, dailies, reviews, and retrospectives);

Support acceptance testing and validation of deliverables from a requirements perspective;

Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts related to requirement changes;

Contribute to the continuous improvement of requirements analysis processes and deliverable quality;

Act as a technical reference according to experience level, supporting other analysts when necessary;

Ensure adherence to contractual premises, internal standards, and best practices adopted in projects;

Support the Product Owner in organizing, prioritizing, and refining the backlog.

Contract Information

Remuneration: To be agreed upon, according to the career plan.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
