What you will achieve:

As a Senior UX Designer, you will define the direction, quality, and execution of communication experiences across channels and products. You will elevate design standards in terms of clarity, accessibility, and consistency, translating user experience insights into scalable patterns and visual frameworks. In this role, you will contribute to the evolution of design systems and collaborate with multifunctional leaders to ensure that every message reinforces a seamless, intuitive, and reliable customer experience.

What you will do:

• Lead design initiatives focused on communication across multiple channels.
• Be responsible for the full design of complex product areas, delivering high-fidelity interface prototypes.
• Translate customer experience findings and system logic into communication patterns and visual frameworks that ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility across all touchpoints.
• Conduct advanced usability testing and mixed research, driving data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering, and writers to influence strategy, evolve design standards, and ensure implementation feasibility.

Essential Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design, with a portfolio that demonstrates complex problem-solving and measurable impact.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including creating responsive designs, high-fidelity components, prototypes, and contributing to design systems.
• Strong skills in interaction design, usability heuristics, information architecture, and analysis of complex flows and journeys.
• Experience leading end-to-end design of multi-step workflows or multi-platform products, with a solid understanding of WCAG 2.1+ accessibility standards.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Desirable Requirements

• Certifications in UX, UI, and accessibility (e.g., NN/g, CXA, Adobe CC, Figma Advanced, IAAP CPACC), along with a degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, or a related field.
• Experience designing for enterprise, B2B, or multichannel ecosystems, applying advanced knowledge gained through professional certifications and academic training.
