Data and Automation Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong logical reasoning and a passion for turning data into practical solutions. You will be responsible for modeling reports, automating workflows, and supporting decision-making, bridging the world of Data Analysis with the efficiency of modern automations (Low-Code and AI).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards for metric tracking.
• Manipulate, clean, and analyze large volumes of data from various sources.
• Create and optimize database queries for information extraction.
• Identify opportunities for automating routine processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with different departments to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields).
• Intermediate Power BI skills: dashboard creation, data modeling, and basic DAX concepts.
• Intermediate Excel skills: advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
• Basic to intermediate Python skills with Pandas and NumPy libraries.
• Basic SQL: SELECTs, JOINs, filters, and aggregations.
• Intermediate English, with good technical reading and writing abilities.

Differentials

• Experience with Python libraries such as Streamlit, Scikit-Learn, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Knowledge of low-code automation tools, especially n8n.
• Familiarity or interest in creating AI Agents and integrating with LLMs via API.
