At Anymarket, you will build the heart of our integrations: robust, scalable systems that span different teams, from backend to frontend. Your mission starts with immersion: understanding what exists, how it works, and why it was built that way. From there, you will gain autonomy to evolve these solutions and enable the scale the product needs to grow.

Day to day, you will work with multidisciplinary technology, business, and design teams, always with AI as an ally in the development flow. Code generation and review, log analysis, task automation, and spec-driven development are part of the routine. You will write code that stands the test of time, the kind that is strong from the first commit and still stands years later.

Profile we are looking for:

• Solid experience in Java with Spring Boot and/or Quarkus, not just framework proficiency, but an understanding of what happens behind it
• Experience with PostgreSQL or an equivalent relational database
• Experience with Redis or similar for caching
• Experience with asynchronous messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or similar
• Knowledge of the full deployment cycle: Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Real experience with microservices architecture
• Experience with real-time monitoring: Datadog, Grafana, ELK, or similar
• AI incorporated into the workflow: code generation and review, RAG, spec-driven development (SDD)
• When stuck on a problem, actively seeks the solution, asks colleagues, researches, and breaks it down into smaller parts
• Takes responsibility for their own mistakes and genuinely collaborates as a team

It would be great if you know or are willing to learn:

• MongoDB or another non-relational database
• AWS at an intermediate level
• Performance analysis in production
• Static code analysis tools (Sonar/SAST)
• OAuth2/PKCE authentication flows
