You will actively participate in the development and maintenance of robust and scalable solutions, from backend to frontend, contributing code that stands the test of time and evolves with each delivery. You will work in multidisciplinary teams, connecting technology, business, and design, and take your first steps using Artificial Intelligence in the daily workflow. We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to build the heart of our solutions, developing robust and scalable software with a focus on Java Backend.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust and scalable software with a focus on Java Backend and on-time deliveries with Angular front-end.
• Design systems with guaranteed performance and quality from the first commit.
• Apply AI in real work contexts to make processes more intelligent and efficient.
• Work with messaging and relational and NoSQL databases.
• Join forces with multidisciplinary teams, connecting technology, business, and design to create products that delight.
• Explore Backend languages, expanding the reach and versatility of solutions.
• Act with agility and ownership, delivering value quickly and learning with each iteration.
• Apply code best practices, such as Code Calisthenics, Clean Code, and SOLID, raising the team's technical standard.

Requirements

• Practical experience with messaging.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Solid knowledge of Backend and its ecosystem and tools, including Frameworks, ORMs, and Messaging.
• Mastery of Design Patterns and programming best practices, writing clean, secure, and easy-to-maintain code.
• Building and running unit and integration tests, ensuring quality in deliveries.
• Practical experience with AI applied to real work contexts.
• Experience with Angular on the front-end.

• Professional experience with high availability and high-volume systems.
