What you'll do here:

Develop software that simplifies people's and organizations' lives, making it easy for any other developer to fix or enhance, following the best practices defined by DB1 within the agreed timeframe. Your focus will be on fixing existing system vulnerabilities and helping us proactively make our system more secure.

Profile we are looking for:

• Create and maintain strategies that improve the team's technical competence in fixing vulnerabilities.
• Fix existing vulnerabilities and create mechanisms to prevent new ones from being generated (through pipelines, developer mentoring, processes, tools, etc.).
• Build the core of the solutions, developing robust and scalable software with a total focus on Java Backend.
• Solid knowledge of Java and its ecosystem (Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA).
• Experience with unit and integration testing, ensuring quality in deliverables.
• Apply Artificial Intelligence in daily tasks, making processes smarter, faster, and more efficient.
• Act with agility and ownership, delivering value quickly and learning with each iteration.
• Elevate code best practices, such as Code Calisthenics, Clean Code, and SOLID, raising the team's technical standard.
• Mastery of Design Patterns and programming best practices, writing clean, secure, and sustainable code.
• Applied knowledge in AWS.
• Openness to act as a Full Stack developer when necessary (we may have vulnerabilities in the front-end, which currently uses Angular technology).

• Who knows how to build and execute unit and integration tests, ensuring quality in deliverables.
• Experience with ecommerce and/or marketplace projects and workflows.
