✅ What you will do
Build and evolve dashboards and reports in Power BI (semantic models, visuals, and performance)
Develop data modeling for BI (star schema / analytical layer) and measures in DAX
Write SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation for analysis
Translate business questions into analyses, metrics, and actionable indicators
Ensure quality and reliability of numbers: validation, reconciliation, and documentation of rules
Apply best practices in data storytelling and dashboard UX (clarity, hierarchy, focus on decision-making)
Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Product teams
Document metric definitions, data dictionaries, and visualization standards
🎯 Requirements
Practical experience with Power BI (modeling, DAX, Power Query/M, publishing, and workspace governance)
Data modeling for analytics (star schema, granularity, relationships)
Strong SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, performance)
Python applied to data analysis (pandas) for exploration and processing
Strong analytical ability: structuring problems, finding patterns, and generating insights
Skill in data storytelling and attention to dashboard UX/design
Differentials: experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Looker/Looker Studio, Metabase), version control (Git), and Databricks environment
