Job Summary:
The SAP MM (S/4HANA) Analyst is a highly specialized professional responsible for implementing, configuring, customizing, and providing support for the Materials Management (MM) module in the SAP S/4HANA environment. This professional works on optimizing processes related to the supply chain, purchasing, inventory management, and integration with other SAP modules, ensuring alignment with the organization's business needs. The position requires in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, advanced analytical skills, and experience in implementation projects, rollouts, or migrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation and Configuration: Configure and customize the SAP MM module in the S/4HANA environment, adapting it to the client's specific needs, including master data (Business Partner, Material Master), purchasing processes, inventory management, and integration with modules such as FI (Finance) and PP (Production Planning).
Support and Maintenance: Provide functional support, resolve technical issues, conduct incident analysis, and propose continuous improvements to MM module processes.
Project Management: Lead or participate in implementation, migration, and version/FPS upgrade projects for S/4HANA or rollouts, using methodologies such as SAP Activate. Work with stakeholders to map processes, define requirements, and conduct testing.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Use S/4HANA analytical tools (such as SAP Fiori) to monitor KPIs, generate reports, and support data-driven strategic decision-making in real time.
Training and Documentation: Train end-users, create technical and functional documentation, and ensure compliance with IT governance policies.
Integration with Other Modules: Ensure the integration of the MM module with other SAP S/4HANA modules, such as FI, CO, SD, PP, and EWM, to maintain business process consistency.
Customization and Optimization: Configure special functions, such as invoice release strategies, automatic blocks, and predictive maintenance, as well as optimize inventory and physical stock control.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Post-graduation or MBA is a plus.
Experience: Experience with SAP MM, including in the S/4HANA environment. Proven experience in implementation, migration, or rollout projects.
Certifications:
SAP certification in the MM module or S/4HANA Logistics is a plus.
Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, focusing on Simple Logistics (Purchasing, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Quality Control, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), SAP Fiori, CDS Views, and BTP).
Familiarity with master data customization (Business Partner, Material Master) and Brazilian localization processes (J1btax).
Soft Skills: Attention to detail, Results-oriented, Logical reasoning, Critical analysis, Resilience, Creativity and innovative drive, Problem-solving, Planning, Sense of urgency, Proactivity.
Work Schedule: 07:30 to 17:33 (Monday to Friday)
Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote to be negotiated - Headquarters in Santa Luzia - MG
Contract: CLT (Brazilian Labor Law)
