Mandatory Experience for the Role:
• Minimum of four years of experience in project management and seven years of experience in system development or maintenance;
• Minimum of four years of experience as a Scrum Master;
• Experience with ITIL Foundation;
• Experience with development methodologies and the Agile SCRUM methodology.
Mandatory Certifications:
• PMP certification.
• Professional Scrum Master I – PSM I – Scrum.org or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner – PMI / ACP – Project Management Institute.
Desired/Differential Knowledge
• Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• Experience with software factories.

Activities and Responsibilities
• Understand and practice agility;
• Act as a facilitator for Scrum ceremonies;
• Provide leadership to enable the development team to create high-value products;
• Assist the team in environments where the Scrum process is not yet fully adopted or understood;
• Drive changes that increase the productivity of the Scrum team;
• Work with other Scrum Masters to enhance the effectiveness of Scrum implementation across the organization;
• Manage projects, ensuring necessary human and material resources for their execution;
• Ensure projects are completed within deadlines, adhering to scope and respecting established costs;
• Generate and manage necessary documentation for the representative to submit all bureaucratic requirements to the client for correct billing;

Employment Contract Information
Compensation: To be discussed
Work Hours: 40 hours weekly - Monday to Friday - from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
