Education: Completed or in-progress degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar programs

Required Experience for the Position:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in developing and maintaining web/desktop and mobile systems;

• Experience creating and maintaining reports (PDF, CSV, XLSX, etc.);

• Experience developing batch processing routines;

• Knowledge of system integration via web services and APIs;

• Experience with development tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 or higher, and SQL Server Management Studio;

• Experience with databases (SQL Server).

Required Technical Knowledge for the Position:

• Software development using C# and ASP.NET;

• Knowledge and experience in the Microsoft software development ecosystem, including .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and related technologies;

• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks (.NET Core, MVC, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap).

• Knowledge of Crystal Reports for Visual Studio (.NET).

• Knowledge of back-end development using APIs, microservices, and APIM (API Gateway);

• Knowledge of publishing applications in containers (Docker);

• Knowledge of code versioning with Git and Azure Repos; knowledge of CI/CD and Azure Pipelines;

• Skills in working with SQL Server and Oracle databases;

• Required skills in front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as jQuery, Bootstrap, and Razor;

• Knowledge of the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, testing, release, support, documentation, etc.).

Desired Knowledge/Differentiators

• Experience with agile methodologies, preferably SCRUM; experience working on support teams; .NET Framework (VB.NET); EntityFramework; WebForms; MVC; knowledge of EntityFramework Core, Dapper, and ADO.NET; knowledge of programming logic and object-oriented methodology; proficiency in programming languages and frameworks (React Native, etc.); familiarity with Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX and Telerik Reporting and Dashboards; ability to develop and maintain front-end and back-end features; ability to create and maintain system integration services (web services, APIs, etc.); knowledge of testing tools and running unit tests; technical English for reading and interpreting documentation; experience with black-box and white-box testing; ability to work with agile methodologies;

Duties and Responsibilities to Be Performed

• Develop and maintain web/desktop and mobile front-end.

• Develop and maintain back-end features.

• Provide system support.

• Create and maintain report outputs in various formats (PDF, CSV, XLSX, etc.).

• Develop and maintain batch processing routines (import, migration, export, etc.).

• Develop and maintain services for system integration (web services, APIs, etc.).

• Create and maintain scripts for extracting data from databases.

• Run functional unit tests, black-box tests, and white-box tests.

• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure integration and delivery of solutions.

• Participate in sprint reviews and validations, ensuring the quality of deliverables.

Contract Information

Compensation: To be discussed

Working Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
