Education: Completed bachelor's degree in Information Technology or completed bachelor's degree in any field, accompanied by a postgraduate degree, master's, or doctorate in Information Technology.

Professional Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in software requirements analysis, including gathering and documenting needs, process and domain modeling, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, and tracking deliveries with development teams and the client.

Technical Knowledge

Proficiency in requirements gathering and analysis techniques; creating user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria; process and domain modeling; backlog management and refinement; agile methods, especially Scrum and Kanban; communication with users, technical teams, and client representatives; producing and maintaining functional documentation.

Desired Knowledge/Differentiators

Experience in projects for public agencies; working with corporate systems; knowledge of software metrics and estimates.

Duties and Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, specify, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements; understand and model business processes; create user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and domain models; maintain requirements documentation and traceability; and clarify functional questions during development.

Contract Information

Compensation: To be discussed

Working Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
