Education: Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Experience

• Experience in requirements analysis, elicitation, and specification.

• Experience in activities related to the Product Owner role.

• Experience in organizing, refining, and prioritizing the backlog.

• Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Experience in business process modeling.

• Experience in monitoring testing, acceptance, and delivery validation.

• Experience with agile methodologies and interaction with development teams and business areas.

Technical Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Product Owner (PO) practices and responsibilities.

• Experience in organizing, refining, and prioritizing the backlog.

• Knowledge of writing user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban.

• Knowledge of process modeling using BPMN.

• Knowledge of backlog and requirements management tools, preferably Jira and/or Azure DevOps.

• UX knowledge will be considered desirable.

• Knowledge of APIs and system integrations will be considered desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities to be Performed:

• Elicit and document functional requirements and business rules.

• Write user stories and their respective acceptance criteria.

• Organize, refine, and prioritize the backlog with business areas.

• Model business processes and workflows.

• Support the creation and validation of screen prototypes.

• Monitor solution development to ensure alignment with defined requirements.

• Support testing, acceptance, and delivery validation.

• Act as a liaison between business areas, the client, and technical teams.

• Support prioritization of requests considering business value, needs, and dependencies.

Employment Contract Information

Compensation: To be discussed

Working Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
