Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience:
• 1 year of experience in quality assurance for medium to high-complexity systems, with direct interaction with stakeholders and clients.
• 2 years of experience in agile environments working alongside multidisciplinary teams.
Mandatory Technical Skills for the Role
• Software Project Management.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring effective problem resolution and building trust-based relationships.
• Maintain effective communication with the client to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are managed.
• Directly engage with business areas to identify needs and updates.
• Provide support when necessary by identifying client needs, proposing process and functional changes, negotiating alternative solutions, and suggesting the adoption of new methods and techniques to tailor solutions to their needs;
• Analyze client specificities and difficulties, reporting them to leadership and management.
• Maintain active communication and monitor demands with necessary areas beyond the dedicated team.
• Facilitate collaboration among interdisciplinary teams;
• Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, dailies, reviews, and retrospectives);
• Pay attention to and monitor internal and external standards and assumptions defined for the project;
• Support the leader and test analyst with processes that ensure delivery quality;
• Verify functionalities and delivery quality;
• Assist and support business areas in validating deliveries;
• Assist in system acceptance testing;
• Monitor system deployment in the client's environment(s), ensuring proper delivery and that the environment is updated with the latest developments;
• Assist in Contract Management regarding other processes, deliveries, and hiring verifications;
• Schedule and document meetings, including preparing minutes and collecting signatures;
• Compile necessary documentation for the Electronic Process formalizing the hiring and for respective ongoing projects.
Contract Information
Compensation: To be discussed, according to career plan.
Work Hours: 30 hours per week - Monday to Friday - from 07:30 to 14:30 with a 1-hour break.
