Education: A duly registered diploma from an undergraduate degree program in Information Technology, or an undergraduate degree in any field plus a postgraduate certificate in Information Technology of at least 360 (three hundred and sixty) hours, issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC).

Required Experience for the Position:

Minimum proven experience of 02 (two) years working as an Artificial Intelligence Analyst.

Solid professional experience working directly on the development of AI solutions.

Proven experience in projects that covered the full Machine Learning lifecycle (from data analysis to deployment).

Have a portfolio (GitHub, personal projects, etc.) that demonstrates your passion and ability to solve problems with AI.

Required Technical Knowledge for the Position:

Solid proficiency in Python and its main AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow or PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas).

In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering) and Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs).

Practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as sentiment analysis, entity extraction (NER), or topics. Experience with data manipulation in SQL and NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with AI/ML services on at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Desired Knowledge/Differentiators:

We do not expect you to already master all of this, but we are looking for someone with a strong interest in going deeper and leading the application of:

MLOps: Tools and practices for automating and monitoring models (MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD for AI).

Generative AI: Exploration and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) for business solutions.

Knowledge in building agents using frameworks such as LangChain, developing MCP Servers, and knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

Big Data Architectures: Use of technologies such as Apache Spark for processing large volumes of data.

Duties and Responsibilities

Act as the main technical reference and mentor in Artificial Intelligence for the team, defining best practices and architectures.

Lead the research and development (R&D) front in AI, exploring new technologies (such as Generative AI) for application to project challenges.

Develop and implement Machine Learning and NLP models, ensuring quality and performance from conception to production.

Collaborate directly with the Software Architect to integrate AI solutions in a scalable and efficient way.

Translate business challenges into data solutions, working with the Requirements Analyst and the client.

Implement and spread the MLOps culture, optimizing the model lifecycle.

Compensation: To be discussed

Working Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
