What will be your mission?

We are looking for a Corporate Systems Analyst to provide technical support, implementation, maintenance, and lead projects for ERP systems and other corporate systems. The person will be responsible for monitoring second-level tickets, supporting system enhancements, leading IT implementation projects, and collaborating on the continuous improvement of internal processes.

Main challenges:

* Support corporate systems (ERP and other management platforms);

* Lead implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation;

* Identify, analyze, and propose improvements to business processes supported by systems;

* Collaborate with business areas to understand needs and support customized solutions.

* Handle level 2 support tickets, with technical and functional analysis of demands;

* Produce and keep up-to-date the technical and functional documentation of the systems;

* Ensure compliance with SLAs with user areas;

What we expect from you:

* Completed technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, Projects, IT, or related fields;

* Experience in leading system implementation projects and IT projects;

* Familiarity with ERP systems or corporate management systems;

* Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills;

* Experience with ticket management (GLPI, Jira, Freshdesk, or similar);

* Previous experience in technical support;

* Experience in implementing corporate systems;

* Knowledge in the accounting area will be a differentiator.

* Previous knowledge in multipropriety and real estate development will be a differentiator;

* Previous experience with ERPs such as TOTVS, sienge, and others will be a differentiator.
