WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION

You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and evolving the network infrastructure of Costão do Santinho, ensuring:

• Stable connectivity for thousands of devices,
• High-density Wi-Fi for guests and events,
• Perimeter security,
• High availability for 24×7 operations.

Your direct impact influences the entire chain of hospitality, events, customer service, and internal operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and configure network environments using Mikrotik, Cisco, Unifi, and Ruckus
• Operate and maintain Fortigate firewalls (policies, VPNs, security, NAT, SD-WAN)
• Manage VLANs, routing, STP, failover, and QoS
• Manage corporate and high-density Wi-Fi networks
• Monitor network infrastructure via Zabbix
• Serve as a technical reference for advanced troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
• Work in environments with multiple links, redundancy, and high demand
• Support integrations with digital telephony at the network level (QoS, VLAN, SIP)

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mid-level/Senior Network Analyst
• Mastery of corporate networks (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, VPN, STP)
• Experience with Fortigate
• Solid experience with Mikrotik and Cisco
• Experience with corporate Wi-Fi environments (UniFi and/or Ruckus)
• Experience with monitoring (Zabbix)
• Experience with high-density Wi-Fi networks

Differentials We Value

(Desirable, but not mandatory)

• Knowledge of Asterisk / SIP (collaborative level with Infrastructure)
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows Server (for service integration)
• Certifications such as MTCNA, CCNA, NSE, ECSE
• Experience in 24×7 environments (hospitality, retail, healthcare)
