Tech Lead

You will be part of one of the largest private healthcare groups in Latin America, a national reference in high-complexity hospitals, innovation, and digital transformation. The company is heavily investing in the evolution of its digital products and structuring new squads to develop a new generation of applications that will transform the

journey of millions of patients across Brazil.

In this role, you will work on one of the company's most strategic projects, technically leading the development of an application focused on the hospitalization journey. The solution will cover the entire patient experience, from scheduling and admission processes to the use of digital services and hospital automation resources during their stay at the facility. All of this leveraging a modern, scalable architecture oriented toward building high-impact products.

We are looking for a Tech Lead who combines solid technical expertise with a strong leadership profile to guide a multidisciplinary squad, supporting architecture decisions, application evolution, team development, and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and high-quality solutions.

What you will do

● Technically lead a development squad;

● Define architectures, development standards, and best practices;

● Provide mentorship and conduct code reviews, supporting the team's technical growth;

● Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions;

● Participate in defining requirements, estimates, and risk analysis;

● Ensure quality, performance, and continuous evolution of applications;

● Collaborate with Product and stakeholders on technical decisions;

● Lead technical refinements and support the squad's agile ceremonies.

Technical Requirements

● Solid experience with Node.js (NestJS, Express, or Fastify);

● Mastery of React and React Native;

● Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture;

● Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, or similar);

● Strong mastery of TypeScript;

● Experience with MongoDB and Redis;

● Hands-on experience publishing applications on App Store Connect and Google Play

Console;

● Experience with CI/CD, GitFlow, automated testing, and observability.
