Tech Lead - App

About the Opportunity

You will be part of one of the largest private healthcare groups in Latin America, a national reference in high-complexity hospitals, innovation, and digital transformation. The company is heavily investing in the evolution of its digital products and in structuring new squads to develop a new generation of applications that will transform the journey of millions of patients across Brazil.

We are looking for a Tech Lead who combines solid technical expertise with a strong leadership profile to lead a multidisciplinary squad, supporting architectural decisions, application evolution, team development, and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and high-quality solutions.

What You Will Do

• Provide technical leadership for a development squad;
• Define architectures, development standards, and best practices;
• Conduct mentoring and code reviews, supporting the team's technical growth;
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions;
• Participate in defining requirements, estimates, and risk analysis;
• Ensure quality, performance, and continuous improvement of applications;
• Collaborate with Product and stakeholders on technical decisions;
• Lead technical refinements and support the squad's agile ceremonies.

Technical Requirements

• Solid experience with Node.js (NestJS, Express, or Fastify);
• Proficiency in React and React Native;
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture;
• Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, or similar);
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript;
• Experience with MongoDB and Redis;
• Experience publishing applications to the App Store Connect and Google Play Console;
• Experience with CI/CD, GitFlow, automated testing, and observability.
