💼 Position: Mid-Level Programmer – RPA Solutions and Agentic Coding with AI (JavaScript, Type, Python, NoSQL, Node.js and RESTful)

We are seeking a Mid-Level Programmer with an analytical profile and practical vision to develop intelligent solutions and automations focused on Artificial Intelligence. With experience in Agentic Coding using Harness (Claude, Cursor...) + proprietary Harness, if you enjoy transforming ideas into efficient and scalable systems, and understand that the coding bottleneck has shifted, this role is for you!

🚀 Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automations using Python integrated with RESTful APIs.
• Create and evolve backend and frontend solutions focused on performance, reliability and scalability.
• Build logical and automated workflows involving data exchange between external services and databases.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand automation needs and propose creative solutions.

✅ Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in PostgreSQL (complex queries, data structuring).
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Type and Python.
• Experience with RESTful APIs (creation, consumption and authentication).
• Live Coding.

🌟 Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Python for scripts and specific integrations.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Node.js
