We are seeking a Mid-Level Programmer with an analytical profile and practical vision to develop intelligent solutions and automations focused on Artificial Intelligence. With experience in Agentic Coding using Harness (Claude, Cursor...) + proprietary Harness, if you enjoy transforming ideas into efficient and scalable systems, and understand that the coding bottleneck has shifted, this role is for you!
🚀 Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automations using Python integrated with RESTful APIs.
- Create and evolve backend and frontend solutions focused on performance, reliability and scalability.
- Build logical and automated workflows involving data exchange between external services and databases.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand automation needs and propose creative solutions.
✅ Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL (complex queries, data structuring).
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Type and Python.
- Experience with RESTful APIs (creation, consumption and authentication).
