Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, recognized by the Ministry of Education, proven by diploma and certificate.


Mandatory Experience for the position:


• Minimum of four years of experience in project management and seven years of experience in system development or maintenance;


• Minimum of four years of experience as a Scrum Master;


• Experience with ITIL Foundation;


• Experience with development methodologies and the Agile SCRUM methodology.


Mandatory Certifications:


• PMP certification.


• Professional Scrum Master I – PSM I – Scrum.org or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner – PMI / ACP – Project Management Institute certification.


Desirable/Differential Knowledge


• Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps.


• Experience with software factories.


• Development knowledge.


• Experience working on public sector projects.


• Function point counting according to IFPUG and SISP.

Activities and Responsibilities


• Understand and practice agility;


• Act as a facilitator for Scrum ceremonies;


• Provide leadership so the development team can create high-value products;


• Assist the team in environments where the Scrum process is not yet fully adopted and understood;


• Drive changes that increase the Scrum team's productivity;


• Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of Scrum implementation in the organization;


• Manage projects, ensuring the necessary human and material resources for their execution;


• Ensure projects are completed within their deadlines, meeting scopes and respecting established costs;


• Generate and manage the necessary documentation for the representative to send all bureaucratic requirements to the client for correct billing;


• Update and maintain internal and external project management systems and tools with accurate information;


• Support the Team in removing impediments to development progress;


• Monitor the team's task progress, identifying potential delays and taking measures to mitigate them;


• Collaborate with system analysts to review and maintain the project backlog, ensuring the project backlog is aligned with the team's capabilities and size;


• Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are managed;


• Coordinate the team's daily activities, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and company processes;


• Identify, communicate, and manage risks and issues relevant to stakeholders and the team, and implement effective mitigation strategies;


• Collaborate on the elaboration of project plans and realistic schedules, ensuring delivery within deadlines;


• Manage and optimize the use of team resources, ensuring cost efficiency and productivity;


• Define team productivity goals and implement strategies to achieve these objectives;


• Analyze the particularities and difficulties of each client, adjusting project planning and communication to ensure client satisfaction;


• Guide the team in complex and strategic decisions, considering alignment with organizational objectives;


• Facilitate collaboration between interdisciplinary teams and communicate project progress to key stakeholders;

Employment Contract Information


Compensation: To be agreed upon


Work Hours: 40h weekly - Monday to Friday - from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
