Bachelor's degree in progress in the field of Information Technology or related areas, accompanied by a postgraduate course certificate (specialization, master's, or doctoral degree) in Project Management, with a minimum of 360 hours, or Scrum Master certification.
Mandatory Experience for the Role:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Leader in software development or maintenance projects;
• Proven experience in agile environments and working with multidisciplinary teams.
Mandatory Technical Knowledge:
• Software Management: Experience working on projects with agile software development principles and practices (Agile Manifesto, Scrum, and Kanban). Knowledge in agile product conception, design thinking approach, and design sprint process;
• Software Project Management: Project planning and control (scope, schedule, cost, and quality). Development and monitoring of Schedules, Delivery Milestones, and Action and Risk Mitigation Plans. Progress monitoring and data-driven decision-making. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously;
• Software Requirements: Knowledge in requirements management. Creation of requirements artifacts (Scrum), diagram creation (UML), and knowledge of business process modeling (BPM/BPMN);
• Product Backlog Management: Techniques to collaborate with the PO in the effective management of the Product Backlog. Assist the PO in clearly communicating the vision, guiding, and tracking the goals and items of the Product Backlog for the development team. Guide the team to create clear and concise Backlog items. Help the Team understand the long-term Product planning.
• Measurements, Metrics, and Productivity: Definition and monitoring of productivity metrics: Velocity, Capacity, and Deliveries completed. Critical analysis of indicators for decision-making. Validation of measurements according to the contractual unit (e.g., hours, points, sprints). Experience with weekly reports.
• Contract and Governance Management: Experience with public sector clients. Knowledge of Demand-based Contracts / Software Factory and Billing Rules and Delivery Evidence. Ability to generate and maintain Contractual Documentation, Execution Evidence, and Inputs for correct billing. Attention to standards, assumptions, and formal requirements. Monitor contractual indicators.
• Resource and Team Capacity Management: Planning and optimization of resource allocation. Assessment of team capacity versus

• Assist in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, ensuring active team participation;
• Update and maintain project management tools with accurate information;
• Support the team in resolving impediments to maintain continuous workflow;
• Monitor team task progress, identifying potential delays and taking measures to mitigate them;
• Collaborate with systems analysts to review and maintain the project backlog, ensuring that stories are clear and ready for implementation;
• Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are managed;
• Coordinate the team's daily activities, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles;
• Identify and communicate relevant risks and problems to stakeholders and the team;

Employment Contract Information
Remuneration: To be agreed
Working Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
