Fleet Maintenance Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance planning and control (MPC) for a heavy road fleet of 80 or more vehicles
• Direct leadership of a service shop team of 15 or more people, in a shift system
• Mastery of the Work Order routine in a maintenance management system
• Technical knowledge of heavy powertrains and bodies (Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Scania, Iveco; Marcopolo, Comil, Caio, Busscar)
• Previous responsibility for maintenance budget or maintenance cost
• Driver's license category D or higher
• Availability to travel between bases in Pernambuco, Ceará, and Maranhão

Preferred qualifications

• Higher education or technical degree in Mechanics, Maintenance, Engineering, or Logistics
• Experience in corporate chartering
• Experience with ISO 9001 and audited processes
• Knowledge of NR-12, NR-35, and service shop waste management
• Familiarity with telemetry applied to predictive maintenance
• Experience in multi-base operations
