Junior UX/UI Designer

About the opportunity

Brazilian technology and design company with proprietary digital products used in real-world operations—public management, fieldwork, and smart cities. Small team, complex products, and plenty of room to make a real impact.

We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer to join our design team and help create and evolve the interfaces for our products. This is not just an execution role: you will participate in discussions, understand the problems, collaborate with development and product teams, and see your work being used by real people. If you have a keen eye for interfaces, enjoy learning quickly, and already use AI in your creative process, we want to meet you.

What you will do

• • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile products;
  • Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring visual consistency across products;
  • Work closely with development and product teams to ensure what is designed is what goes live;
  • Create visual assets, icons, graphic pieces, and support materials as needed;
  • Document user flows and design decisions clearly;
  • Explore AI tools in the creation process and contribute to designing interfaces involving agents and conversational interactions.

What we are looking for

• • Proficiency in Figma—components, auto layout, and interactive prototypes;
  • Understanding of UX fundamentals—usability, visual hierarchy, and accessibility;
  • Ability to create and communicate user flows;
  • Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail;
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator;
  • Ability to create, adapt, and finalize visual assets for different formats and needs;
  • Interest in artificial intelligence applied to digital products, interface design, and process improvement;
  • Ability to work in a team and clearly articulate design decisions;
  • Organization and proactivity in managing demands;
  • Portfolio with digital projects—does not need to be robust case studies, but must demonstrate reasoning.

Bonus points if you have

• • Experience with motion design or interface animations;
  • Enough front-end knowledge to communicate effectively with the development team;
  • Use of generative AI tools in the design process—not as a curiosity, but as a habit;
  • Interest in conversational interfaces and AI agents;
  • Degree or currently studying Design, Product Design, or a related field.
