Senior Mobile Developer

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer focused on React Native to join

the team responsible for the digital solutions of one of the largest companies in the

Healthcare sector in Latin America.

We seek a professional with an end-to-end vision, an autonomous profile, and familiarity with

modern artificial intelligence tools applied to development.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop mobile app features in React Native for iOS and Android, ensuring stability, high performance, and an excellent user experience.
• Act throughout the full development cycle: technical discovery, estimation, coding, testing, publishing, and maintenance.
• Integrate the application with REST and GraphQL APIs built in Node.js.
• Configure and manage test, build, and publishing environments for the App Store and Google Play.
• Collaborate on defining microservices architecture and integration with AWS cloud, including Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, S3, RDS, and MongoDB.
• Ensure rigorous security standards, encryption, and protection of sensitive health data in compliance with LGPD.
• Actively participate in code reviews, mentor mid-level and junior developers, and define technical standards.

Technical Requirements

• Practical experience with Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin (Android) for support and native integrations.
• Solid knowledge of Node.js (Express, Nest.js, or similar) and consumption/integration of REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with state management, such as Redux, Zustand, Context API, or similar.
• Experience with AWS services, including Lambda, S3, Cognito, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
• Integration with native features: camera, biometrics, push notifications, and geolocation.
• Practical experience creating automated tests with Jest, Detox, or similar.
• Version control with Git and automated deployment pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, CodePipeline).

Differentials

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools applied to coding, such as spec-driven development and AI engineering.
• Experience building apps with an offline-first architecture, essential for hospital and clinic environments with unstable connections.
• Prior experience in healthtechs or health products focused on conformity and compliance (LGPD and/or HIPAA).
• Advanced knowledge of encryption and protection of sensitive data.
• Use of observability tools like Sentry and Datadog, along with mobile accessibility best practices.
