Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to work on a strategic project for one of the largest healthcare organizations in Latin America, contributing directly to the evolution of digital solutions used by healthcare professionals.

The role involves developing a portal and mobile application integrated with backend services built in Node.js and AWS infrastructure. The professional will work end-to-end, participating in both development and technical decision-making, as well as architectural evolution.

Key Challenges

● Develop and evolve end-to-end solutions, working on the backend with Node.js and the frontend with React;

● Build and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available REST/GraphQL APIs;

● Define and evolve architectures using AWS;

● Develop solutions related to scheduling, electronic health records, telemedicine, digital prescribing, and other features;

● Handle sensitive healthcare data, adhering to security requirements and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law);

● Participate in architectural decisions and the product's technical evolution;

● Ensure quality through automated testing, code reviews, and development best practices;

● Manage deployment, monitoring, and observability in production;

● Analyze logs, metrics, and APM data to investigate and resolve production issues;

● Contribute to the improvement of engineering processes and practices;

● Serve as a technical reference and mentor Mid-level and Junior professionals.

Requirements

● Solid experience with Node.js and TypeScript;

● Experience with React;

● Experience developing REST and/or GraphQL APIs;

● Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases;

● Experience with microservices and/or Serverless architectures;

● Hands-on experience with AWS;

● Knowledge of Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK;

● Experience with Docker and CI/CD;

● Experience with automated testing;

● Knowledge of security, OWASP, and data protection;

● Hands-on experience with application monitoring and observability;

● Knowledge of log analysis, metrics, and APM;

● Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog and Kibana;

● Ability to work autonomously in investigating and resolving production issues.

Differentials

● Experience in Healthtech or digital products in the healthcare sector;

● Experience accelerating development using Artificial Intelligence, including tools and methodologies such as Spec-Driven Development, AI Engineering, and AI-assisted development.
