SAP SD Consultant.

Your main responsibility will be to act as a strategic business partner, providing solutions to strategic challenges through SAP solutions, whether in the SD module, S/4HANA, or other solutions that may exist or be implemented under the responsibility of the customer, logistics, and tax team.

Act as a Business Partner for your area of expertise alongside the business, identifying opportunities, discussing processes, and suggesting improvements.

Collaborate with the business area to develop scope, specifications, and test plans for projects of any size and system improvements;

Manage your own projects, demands, or incidents, and present weekly activity reports to IT management;

Support the business area in problem-solving.

Perform triage of open tickets and liaise with the contracted AMS consulting firm for ticket creation and solution tracking. In cases of high complexity, you must demonstrate a proactive stance and participate in crisis management until resolution.

Participate as a technical leader in implementation or improvement projects, or be requested to act as a project manager, following all processes through to delivery.

Mandatory Requirements:

Solid experience in the SAP SD module within S/4HANA and ECC, having participated in support teams, improvements (AMS), and large-scale projects.

Advanced English

Technical Skills:

Windows

Office

ITSM and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello/similar)

Advanced knowledge of SAP, at minimum in SD

Hybrid role in Curitiba/PR, with 3 on-site days from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.
