Staffing Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree completed in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields;

• Experience in HR, Recruitment & Selection, Business Partner, or Talent Management;

• Experience with internal mobility, allocation, or capacity management is a plus;

• Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI;

• Analytical, consultative, and strategic profile with strong communication skills.

Key Challenges:

Work on mapping professionals, identifying internal opportunities, aligning with leadership, monitoring metrics, and developing actions for redeployment, retention, and bench reduction.
