Junior Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Systems Analyst / Developer to work on-site in Caxias do Sul-RS with a proprietary management system, implement new applications, and work autonomously with a strong business mindset.

🎯 Activities

🔹 Evolve the in-house ERP, implementing improvements to screens, business rules, and validations.

🔹 Create reports and advanced queries for operational and financial data.

🔹 Gather requirements from user areas and provide ongoing support to systems.

🔹 Support testing, acceptance, and document workflows and technical specifications in detail.

🔹 Interact with internal teams and suppliers, maintaining focus on weekly deliveries.

📌 Required Requirements

🔹 Technical or higher education (completed/in progress) in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.

🔹 Minimum of 1 year of experience in development, system maintenance, or application support.

🔹 Proficiency in SQL databases (intermediate to advanced level) for queries and reports.

🔹 Proficiency in the Excel suite at an intermediate to advanced level.

🔹 Good interpersonal communication and ease in interacting with non-technical areas.

🔹 Self-managed, proactive profile with strong analytical skills for problem-solving.

🔹 Organization and commitment to deadlines, deliverables, and confidentiality.

💡 Differentiators

🔹 Previous experience with ERP systems or management software.

🔹 Certifications or courses in software development and databases.

🔹 Experience in distribution, import/export, produce, or agribusiness sectors.
