Cloud Infrastructure Analyst

Area: Infrastructure, Cloud, Security and Technical Support

We are looking for a person to act as a Cloud Infrastructure Analyst, with experience in administering infrastructure environments, cloud platforms, and service centers. The position is aimed at mid-level professionals who already have experience in managing infrastructure environments and technical support, as well as knowledge in Microsoft Azure and PCI DSS / PCI Compliance.

Main responsibilities

• Administer and monitor infrastructure and cloud platforms, focusing on Microsoft Azure;
• Administer CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and provide support to the development team;
• Handle requests and incidents generated by internal demands, offering technical support to end users;
• Interact and communicate with clients to address new demands and resolve incidents;
• Monitor service indicators, such as SLAs, and contact external suppliers or partners when necessary;
• Support the maintenance of security controls, compliance, and best practices in regulated environments;
• Ensure adherence to PCI DSS / PCI Compliance requirements related to infrastructure, security, and operations;
• Manage, update, and maintain documents, internal procedures, and knowledge bases.

Required requirements

• Knowledge or experience in network and server infrastructure administration;
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure;
• Mandatory knowledge in PCI DSS / PCI Compliance;
• Experience with technical support for end users;
• Knowledge in firewalls, both at the network layer and application layer;
• General knowledge in cybersecurity;
• Understanding of compliance, security controls, and best practices for regulated environments;
• Good communication skills for interaction with internal areas, clients, suppliers, and partners.

Desirable requirements

• Microsoft Azure certifications;
• Certifications related to PCI DSS, information security, or compliance;
• Previous experience with Azure DevOps;
• Experience in environments with SLA, incident, and request management;
• Familiarity with process documentation and technical procedures;
• Experience in environments that require protection of sensitive data, information security, or regulatory requirements.

Expected profile

Professional with an analytical, organized, and collaborative profile, capable of acting both in sustaining infrastructure environments and in meeting technical demands. It is important that they have good communication, a sense of urgency for incident resolution, and experience or solid knowledge in cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure.

The person must have mandatory knowledge in PCI DSS / PCI Compliance, considering the role in environments that require security controls, compliance, and protection of sensitive data.
