Senior Billing Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Billing Analyst to act strategically within the revenue cycle, ensuring the issuance, verification, and control of invoices with precision and agility.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue electronic invoices (NF-e) and other tax documents, ensuring compliance with current legislation;
• Conduct billing analyses and monitor departmental KPIs;
• Prepare management reports and present results;
• Support internal and external clients with billing-related requests;
• Participate in the implementation and enhancement of departmental tools and systems;
• Monitor changes in tax and fiscal legislation;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization;
• Assist in training and guiding other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
• Solid experience in corporate billing;
• Knowledge of fiscal and tax legislation;
• Experience issuing NF-e and other tax documents;
• Experience with bank reconciliation;
• Knowledge of billing KPI analysis;
• Experience with ERP systems;
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and charts).
