Junior Implementation Technician - São José dos Campos

We are looking for a professional to work on the deployment of traffic management systems and equipment, and tolling systems, performing field activities with our clients.

The professional will be responsible for supporting the installation, configuration, testing, and validation of equipment and systems, contributing to ensuring that solutions are deployed with quality, safety, and in accordance with established technical procedures.

This is an opportunity for professionals with technical training and an interest in developing knowledge in technology, electronics, networks, and systems, with hands-on involvement in deployment projects.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Automation, IT, Networks, Computing, or related fields;
• Experience in equipment installation, cabling, or infrastructure;
• Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems;
• Basic knowledge of low-voltage electrical installations;
• Experience with deployment or installation of equipment in the field;
• Class B driver's license;
• Availability to travel;

Will be considered a plus

• Experience with automation systems, traffic control, or tolling systems;
• Knowledge of reading and interpreting diagrams and technical documentation;
• Certifications or training in NR-10, NR-35, and NR-06;
• Knowledge of using measurement instruments, such as multimeters and clamp meters.

Main responsibilities

• Install field equipment, such as cameras, sensors, barriers, gates, traffic lights, and other components used in tolling systems;
• Route and organize electrical and network cabling;
• Support the installation and configuration of equipment and systems;
• Perform basic configurations in Windows and Linux environments, as defined by procedures;
• Run functional tests of hardware, software, and communication between equipment;
• Support validation of communication between field equipment and the Supervision Center;
• Identify and report failures or issues found during deployment;
• Support users with basic operational questions;
• Record and document activities performed in the field;
• Follow technical guidelines, internal procedures, and safety standards;
• Travel and perform external activities as required by projects.
