We are seeking a professional with a consultative, strategic, and results-oriented profile to drive new business prospecting and manage key accounts, identifying opportunities and developing solutions that deliver value to clients.

You will be responsible for leading the entire commercial cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure, working collaboratively with technical teams to ensure proposals align with client needs.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields;
  • Knowledge of market analysis and process improvement;
  • Experience in analyzing and mitigating commercial risks;
  • Hands-on experience tracking performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in related fields;
  • Courses in negotiation, consultative selling, or commercial management;
  • Experience in the technology, automation, telecommunications, or software markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic accounts, strengthening relationships and identifying new business opportunities;
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new commercial opportunities;
  • Lead the entire consultative sales process, from needs assessment to contract closure;
  • Develop technical-commercial proposals in collaboration with the technical team;
  • Deliver corporate presentations and demonstrate company solutions;
  • Negotiate commercial proposals and secure sales closures;
  • Explore recurring sales opportunities, proposing improvements and new solutions to clients;
  • Serve as the liaison between clients and technical teams to define requirements and viable solutions;
  • Coordinate the development of project and solution visions aligned with client expectations;
  • Develop and validate pricing structures for products and services;
  • Keep the CRM and sales pipeline consistently updated;
  • Monitor commercial area KPIs, proposing actions to improve results;
  • Track market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities to refine positioning strategies;
  • Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction and success.
