Logistics / PCP Assistant - São José dos Campos

We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with a strong desire to learn to join our team.

You will be responsible for inventory, receiving, shipping, and supporting Production Planning and Control (PPC), tracking materials, orders, and departmental demands, contributing to organized and efficient processes.

Requirements

• Technical or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Attention to detail and sense of responsibility;
• Proactivity and ability to learn quickly;
• Must reside in São José dos Campos, Jacareí, or Caçapava;
• Preferred experience in inventory, receiving, shipping, or PPC;

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, verifying, and organizing materials;
• Monitoring inbound and outbound movements and inventory flow;
• Conducting inventory counts and monitoring stock levels;
• Picking, verifying, packaging, and shipping materials;
• Supporting Production Planning and Control (PPC);
• Generating and monitoring production orders;
• Monitoring orders, deadlines, suppliers, and carriers;
• Updating spreadsheets, systems, and departmental controls;
• Liaising with departments such as Production, Sales, and Procurement.
