Mid-Level Pricing Analyst - São José dos Campos

We are looking for a Mid-Level Pricing Analyst to join the COMPSIS Team. You will be responsible for analyzing costs, prices, margins, and profitability, contributing to the definition of pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.

We are seeking an analytical, organized, proactive, and results-oriented professional with the ability to transform data into insights and recommendations that support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields;
• 3 years of experience in Pricing, price formation, cost analysis, financial planning, controllership, or related areas;
• Knowledge of applicable taxes, such as ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, and ISS;
• Differential: knowledge of TOTVS ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses of costs, expenses, taxes, and margins to support price formation and revision;
• Develop economic feasibility studies and scenario simulations, evaluating impacts on the company's profitability and competitiveness;
• Develop, update, and maintain pricing models for products, services, and projects;
• Monitor pricing, margin, and profitability indicators, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions;
• Assess the impact of supplier price adjustments, tax changes, and market shifts on price composition;
• Support Commercial, Finance, Procurement, and other internal departments in price analysis and definition;
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and analyses to support management decision-making;
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, margin improvement, and increased efficiency in pricing processes;
• Ensure the reliability of information used in calculations and analyses, maintaining updated controls and databases;
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, process automation, and the development of indicators related to price and profitability management.
