About the Role / Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve high-performance and scalable systems (+1,000 requests/second);
• Design and implement robust solutions in Node.js and TypeScript;
• Model OLTP, OLAP, NoSQL, and RDBMS databases;
• Apply best practices in architecture and design patterns;
• Ensure delivery quality through testing and code review;
• Integrate systems with internal and external APIs at scale;
• Support the team's technical evolution and propose continuous improvements.

Required Skills

• Solid experience as a backend developer (minimum 5 years);
• Mastery of Node.js, TypeScript, and scalable architectures;
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases;
• Ability to read technical documentation in English;
• Advanced logic and data structures (algorithms, recursion, optimization).

Desired Skills

• Experience with Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI, and Text Mining;
• Experience with messaging, microservices, and DevOps (CI/CD);
• Knowledge of AWS, GCP, and cloud automation tools;
• Previous projects with high-demand messaging systems.

Selection Process

The selection process stages include:

1. Initial screening of profile, competencies, and analysis of responses sent via LinkedIn;
2. Online technical test (Coderbyte) – with required minimum score and integrity verification - the link will be sent by email to all candidates screened in the previous stage;
3. Interview and On-site Technical Test for finalists only (practical validation) – implementation of code in Typescript/Javascript, with courtesy of a bonus on the Flash card.

Important information about the online and on-site tests

The test must be completed without access to any external research tools (such as Google, ChatGPT, or similar). The use of external resources is strictly prohibited, both in the online test and the on-site technical test.

Our goal is to ensure a fair, transparent evaluation based exclusively on each candidate's real knowledge.

The candidate who achieves a minimum score of 70% in the Coderbyte test, without identification of irregularities during execution, will be considered approved for the next stage.
