Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master to lead the team, strengthen agile practices, and drive delivery evolution. We are seeking a proactive, communicative, and solution-oriented professional who is skilled at managing people, processes, and technology.

Job Details:

• Model: Hybrid, with 1 day per week onsite in Barueri/SP
• Hiring Type: Contractor (PJ) or Cooperative
• Hours: Business hours

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree completed in IT or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agilist
• Scrum certification
• Solid experience with multidisciplinary technology teams and relevant projects
• Knowledge of .NET and mobile application architecture (native and hybrid)
• Experience with DevOps, including code analysis, builds, automated testing, and deployment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Ensure the adoption and evolution of agile practices within the team
• Facilitate ceremonies such as Daily, Planning, Grooming, Estimation, Review, and Retrospective
• Partner with the Product Owner to maximize delivery value
• Monitor metrics, Definition of Done (DoD), and team evolution
• Identify and remove impediments
• Facilitate conflict resolution and encourage collaboration
• Lead meetings, align demands, and ensure delivery progress
• Maintain constant communication to follow up on the team's delivery progress
