Senior QA Test Automation

Schedule: Monday through Friday – Business Hours

Work mode: Remote

Main responsibilities

At least 5 years of experience in Test Automation;

Develop and maintain web, API, and mobile test automation scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver, RestAssured, Cucumber, and Appium

Identify and document test scenarios based on functional and business requirements, using tools such as Zephyr and Jira.

Writing test scenarios in BDD-oriented models, using Gherkin;

Perform REST API tests with a focus on functional validation and service integration.

Ensure traceability of defects and test evidence throughout the development cycle.

Integration and DevOps Culture

Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with the development and DevOps teams.

Promote quality practices from the beginning of the development cycle, with a focus on continuous testing and frequent deliveries.

Analysis and Database

Work with advanced SQL for data validation and direct testing in relational databases such as SQL Server, DB2, and PostgreSQL.

Perform critical analysis of tests, proposing improvements and identifying risks and impacts on systems.

Basic knowledge of Linux;

Kanban method and Scrum framework;

Mandatory requirements

Test Automation: Java, JavaScript, Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, BDD.

APIs: REST service testing.

Database: SQL, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL.

Quality Tools: Jira, Zephyr.

DevOps and Continuous Integration: DevOps culture, CI/CD pipelines.
