Technical Leader III (React Native / Node.js)

We are looking for a Technical Leader III to lead the technical direction of medium and high complexity software projects, with a strong focus on mobile, web, and backend applications.

This professional will play a key role in defining technical solutions and robust architectures, working directly with development teams to ensure quality, scalability, security, and performance of deliverables.

Main responsibilities:

Technically lead software development teams and projects

Define, document, and validate logical and executable architectures

Propose technical solutions aligned with business needs

Work on developing high-complexity features

Support testing and quality strategies with the QA team

Conduct code reviews, ensuring best practices and design patterns

Design solutions focused on continuous integration and CI/CD

Act as a technical reference, promoting mentoring and training

Plan, monitor, and track technical activities of projects

Support technical decisions related to architecture and infrastructure evolution

Requirements:

Consolidated experience as a Software Technical Leader

Solid experience with development using React Native, Expo, and Node.js

Experience with mobile and backend application architecture

Experience with REST APIs and system integration

Knowledge in relational and non-relational databases

Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)

Experience in environments with a DevOps culture

Use of Git and version control and code quality tools

Differentials:

Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch)

Creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines

Automated testing

Publishing apps on Apple App Store and Google Play

Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication
