🚀 Job Opening | Finance Leader

We are looking for a Finance Leader to work strategically and operationally, leading the team and closely monitoring the area's key processes and metrics. We are seeking someone with an analytical, organized, hands-on profile and business acumen, who can easily move between operations, management, and decision-making.

📍 Work Model: Hybrid – 1x per week in São Paulo/SP

📄 Employment Type: CLT + Benefits

🕐 Schedule: Monday to Friday, business hours

🔎 Main challenges:

• Lead and oversee the Finance team's routines and requests;

• Monitor and analyze P&L, revenue, expenses, costs, and results;

• Develop and monitor dashboards, KPIs, and management reports;

• Support forecasts, projections, and financial scenarios;

• Monitor IT consulting billing under the body shop/allocation model;

• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations;

• Work with HR on financial processes related to payroll;

• Identify opportunities to improve and optimize financial processes.

📌 What we're looking for:

• Experience in technology/IT consulting under the body shop or professional allocation model;

• Experience in leadership or a senior/specialist finance role close to management;

• Knowledge of P&L, performance analysis, and KPIs;

• Experience with financial planning, projections, and forecasting;

• Experience with billing, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations;

• Intermediate/advanced Excel;

• Strong communication, autonomy, organization, and sense of priority.
