Work on defining, structuring, and evolving the program's data governance model, including institutional coordination, setting standards and guidelines, and supporting interoperability between agencies and systems.
🎯 Responsibilities:
• Define data governance policies, norms, and guidelines
• Structure the governance model (roles, responsibilities, processes)
• Define guidelines for data catalogs, metadata, and glossaries
• Support the definition of master data (MDM) and authoritative sources
• Define data quality rules and metrics
• Establish guidelines for lineage, traceability, and auditing
• Support compliance with LGPD and responsible AI principles
• Work on semantic harmonization between databases

Formalized governance policies and guidelines
