We are looking for a Software Manager to lead development, support, and maintenance teams, working at a reference company in the logistics and supply chain segment. This professional will be responsible for driving strategic projects, ensuring the technological evolution of corporate systems, and acting as a bridge between technology, operations, and business.

In addition to people and project management, the professional will play a fundamental role in defining technology strategies, monitoring indicators, maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and supporting digital transformation, logistics automation, and innovation initiatives.

Model: 100% On-site

Location: Vila Maria – São Paulo/SP

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Employment Type: Cooperative Member

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 16 to 18 collaborators across development, maintenance, and support;

• Manage the Hotline team, ensuring service, availability, and compliance with SLAs;

• Lead implementation and evolution projects for WMS, WCS, and MFC solutions;

• Lead software projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget;

• Coordinate internal projects for technological transformation and modernization;

• Act as the main interface between technology, operations, and business areas;

• Manage technology suppliers and partners;

• Ensure the stability, scalability, and evolution of corporate systems;

• Participate in defining the company's technology roadmap;

• Monitor operational, financial, and productivity indicators for the area;

• Support initiatives related to logistics automation, system integration, and Industry 4.0.


Required Requirements

• Consolidated experience in managing software development teams;

• Experience in logistics and supply chain projects;

• Knowledge of WMS, WCS, and MFC;

• Experience with Oracle;

• Experience in managing support and Hotline teams;

• Ability to conduct multiple projects simultaneously;

• Experience with agile methodologies and indicator management;

• Strong leadership profile, communication skills, and client relationship management.
