About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to act as the central point for technical and strategic governance, ensuring project execution focused on deadlines, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.

This professional will be responsible for connecting squads, clients, and the executive team, promoting alignment, organization, and efficiency in deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Project portfolio management;

Monitoring schedules, costs, and performance indicators (GVA);

Risk management and defining action plans;

Continuous communication with clients and the executive team through status reports and strategic alignments;

Project financial control;

Resource allocation management and timesheet monitoring;

Supporting squads in organizing and prioritizing demands;

Ensuring best practices in project management and governance.

Requirements:

Experience in software project management;

Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC);

Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban;

Experience with Jira or similar tools;

Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills;

Analytical profile, organized, and results-oriented.

Education:

Computer Science;

Information Systems;

Business Administration;

Software Engineering;

Or related fields.

Differentials:

PMP, CSM, PSM, or similar certifications;

Technical background in software development;

Advanced English;

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
